    • A. Parking Proposal - 15-minute spaces Per the discussion at the last Parking meeting, staff have created a map with potential locations of new 15-minute parking spaces based on proximity to take-out restaurants, circled in blue in the attached map. Staff request feedback from the Committee on whether it’s desirable to convert these to 15-minute spaces.

    • C. Parking Rate/On-Street Parking Report In your packets is a report from Parke Clemons detailing revenue projections if the City were to implement paid street parking. The “Conservative”, “Moderate”, and “Aggressive” columns are the categories of potential utilization of the parking (conservative being less street parking being used and aggressive being more). These revenue projections are incorporating the City’s current parking citation fee of $15. This fee was last updated in 2009 and PCI has indicated that $25 is standard for parking tickets. If the City desired to increase the citation fee, the revenue would be more than what’s shown in the report. Also, just as a note, the projection method sets on-street
